Q: What is your return policy?
A: We take returns within 10 days of purchase so long as the product is unopened and unused, in the condition in which it arrived at your door. Opened or used product isn’t returnable unless the product is defective.
Q: What if my product is defective?
A: The cases we carry have some of the best warranties in the business. If your More. brand product is defective upon arrival, please email us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. If the product fails within one year of the date of purchase (this does not include wear and tear, but does include absolute product failure) please email us for instructions on how to have your product replaced by More.
Q: I dropped my phone and it still broke!
A: Cases are meant as protective solutions and not as an absolute warranty against any type of product damage. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that a case may help mitigate any damage to your device but is in no way a guarantee that your device will survive any sort of impact, or be in any way resistant to water or scratching. There will be no returns in the event that dissatisfaction is due to:
-A case scratching any portion of the phone (dirt that works its way under a case can scratch a phone; unfortunately, that is beyond our control.)
-A case becoming damaged as the result of impact (including drops, collisions, or any other sort of gravity-related incident)
-Your phone does not survive any sort of egregious damage while inside one of our cases (see above.)
Caseify shall carry NO liability for damage to your phone while using one of our cases. That doesn’t mean we think our cases will hurt your phone (on the contrary, in fact) we just have to protect ourselves in this instance.
Q: This all sounds pretty mean. Are you really nice people?
A: Yes. We are nice people, and we’re reasonable. We want you to be happy with your purchase and send more business our way. However, we wouldn’t be in business if we were TOO reasonable. Please email us with any questions or comments about your purchase and we will do what we can to accomodate you, within reason.
Q: There is a product from one of your suppliers that I want and you don’t list. Can I place a special order?
A: Yes. There may be a wait, as we can add any product on to the next order we place, but we can get any product from our suppliers that appears on the manufacturer’s page. Please email us at info@caseify.com for more information.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: You can reach us by email at info@caseify.com. We do the best we can do answer emails the same day, often within an hour or two. You can also call us and leave a message at (720) 239-CASE. We will return your call as soon as possible, but we are easier to reach via email.
